The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving Freshway Produce's ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Prospecting and Lead Generation

•Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and leads

•Utilize diverse resources including industry databases, social media platforms, and advanced lead generation tools

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

2. Consultative Sales Approach

• Engage prospects through compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and virtual meetings

• Articulate the unique value proposition of Freshway Produce’s products and services

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives

• Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address specific client

requirements

3. Negotiation and Deal Closure

• Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements

• Strive for mutually beneficial outcomes that align with Freshway's business goals

• Demonstrate strong closing skills to secure new business partnerships

4. Relationship Management and Growth

• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

• Contribute insights to inform product development and sales strategies

6. Trade Shows and Event Management

• Assist in coordinating and executing tradeshow participation and outside events

• Oversee logistics, including booth setup, product displays, and promotional

materials

• Engage with potential clients and conduct on-site sales activities during events

• Manage post-show follow-up, including lead qualification and relationship nurturing

• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements

7. Collaboration and Team Synergy

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and share insights

• Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and drive sales success

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales in the produce industry (3-5 years)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

(Salary range is 65K-75K based on experience, skills and education plus year-end bonus of 20% based on sales goals and company performance)

Job Description: Coordinator of Operations

I. Overview

The Coordinator of Operations at Freshway Produce plays an essential role in handling various operational activities within a company. The Coordinator of Operations ensures that business procedures are executed effectively and efficiently, contributing to the company's overall growth. The incumbent navigates between various company departments to aid in planning, overseeingand streamlining operations.

Reports to: The President and CEO

II. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for facilitating the smooth functioning of office and operations procedures.

2. Organizes meetings for the CEO and other management team members.

3. Makes travel arrangements for the CEO and may assist other team members.

4. Maintains records and prepares reports, ensuring the administrative aspect of the company runs smoothly.

5. Assists with the office’s budget planning.

6. Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring everything moves according to schedule. Communicate with different teams, set deadlines and follow up on project statuses.

7. Facilitates cross-channel feedback from clients and employees to management and executive teams.

8. Works with team leaders and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.

9. Ensures that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards.

10. Observes, reviews and analyzes processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.

11. Designs and maintains clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.

12. Delivers reports to department heads and management teams to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization.

13. Coordinates office activities.

14. Manages office supplies working with the shipping and receiving coordinator.

15. Schedules meetings and appointments for the CEO and other management team members as needed.

16. Provides general administrative support to Miami Office employees.

17. Works closely with staff in the Back Office with projects and other tasks as needed.

18. Monitors office supplies and orders new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required.

19. Organizes maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good order.

20. Reports office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

III. Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles; project management a plus
